Personal Trainer

The Personal Trainer develops individualized exercise programs and provides instruction to YMCA members to help them achieve their health and fitness goals in a safe and motivating environment. The role involves conducting fitness assessments, monitoring progress, and educating clients on proper form and equipment use. This position requires building positive relationships with members and staff while upholding the YMCA's core values.
