Personal Trainer

The Personal Trainer develops individualized exercise programs and provides instruction to YMCA members to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. This role involves conducting fitness assessments, monitoring progress, and educating clients on proper form and equipment use within a safe and motivating environment. The position requires maintaining a welcoming fitness space and promoting the organization's health and wellness initiatives.
