The PT Leader-2 leads and develops a team of Fitness Professionals to deliver the Life Time Training brand and Dynamic Personal Training experience. The role focuses on creating excellent fitness floor experiences, supporting team member growth, and contributing personal production while helping the team meet financial and performance goals. The position partners with club leadership to onboard new team members, educate on products and services, and drive member acquisition and retention.
