The Personality position is primarily responsible for taking food orders, assisting customers with product selection, and acting as a cashier at the front counter or drive-thru window. This role supports dining and front area activities, including greeting guests, verifying identification for alcohol sales, and delivering products to ensure customer satisfaction. The position also involves maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions, and serving as a host when the restaurant is at capacity.
