The Personality position is primarily responsible for taking food orders, assisting customers with product selection, and acting as a cashier at the front counter or drive-thru window. This role supports all activities in the dining and front areas of the restaurant, including greeting guests, verifying identification for alcohol sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front counter, drive-thru, and dining areas while handling telephone calls and managing guest reservations when necessary.
