Personalreferent / Human Resources Specialist

The role supports monthly payroll processing for approximately 230 employees, manages personnel master data and files, and serves as a point of contact for staff and managers on payroll and HR matters. It also handles contract creation, onboarding, benefits administration, and collaborates with external partners such as tax advisors and social security agencies. Additionally, the specialist contributes to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes and assists with month‑end and year‑end closing activities in the HR area.
