About this role

Als Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungs- und HR-Administration-Experte übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für österreichische Tochtergesellschaften, fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden und Ämter. Du unterstützt die Personaladministration, etwa bei der Erstellung von Dienstverträgen, Auswertungen, Statistiken und Stammdatenpflege. Als Business Partner bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeitende rund um abrechnungsrelevante Fragen und arbeitest eng mit Talent Acquisition und dem HR-Partner-Team zusammen.
