A student intern develops and designs new concepts, layouts, and inspection instructions for manufacturing processes and workflows, particularly in the area of C-coating of components for Diesel Common Rail systems. They take on projects independently within series and prototype manufacturing processes, from detailed analysis to final approval. They create value stream and process analyses, identify optimization potentials, and derive concrete measures, gaining insights into quality management (8D methodology). They collaborate closely with adjacent departments to coordinate manufacturing workflows and address quality issues.
