PFS Collection

This role provides coverage for all Level I, II, and III functions within the Patient Financial Services unit to ensure consistent staffing and accurate processing of patient accounts. The position is responsible for billing, collections, reimbursement services, cash posting, and data entry while maintaining compliance with PFS standards and governmental regulations. The incumbent also conducts training for new hires and provides refresher courses for existing staff to support departmental objectives.
