PFS Representative

This remote position is responsible for the collections and final resolution of insurance claims while maintaining records and reports in accordance with department procedures. The role requires ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, processing claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, and contacting third parties to collect payments. Staff will also handle accounts receivable tasks, denial processing, and cash application to maintain timely billing processes.
