About this role

The Pharmaceutical Aseptic Processing Trainer at Hims & Hers is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for aseptic processing personnel in a sterile compounding facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as cGMP, USP <797>/<800>, and FDA 503A/503B. This role involves hands-on training and competency evaluations, collaboration with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to address deviations, and maintaining accurate training records. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and a strong understanding of aseptic techniques and regulatory compliance.
