Inizio Engage is hiring Field Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to support Pfizer in increasing awareness of high-risk patient types for COVID-19 across the nation. This field-based role involves engaging healthcare professionals, urgent care providers, and pharmacies to disseminate information on drug interactions, supply availability, and treatment eligibility. Report to the Area Business Manager, the position focuses on building customer relationships, managing territories, and executing sales strategies to maximize local impact.

Responsibilities

Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors and treatment options
Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact
Understand customer and market landscape to prioritize opportunities and develop action plans
Maintain expert understanding of product, patient education, and market environment factors
Implement strategic call plan to exceed goals for assigned geographies
