The Pharmacist-PT-Safe Handling role at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is responsible for delivering pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing medication and IV orders and advancing rational, patient-oriented therapy. The pharmacist serves as the primary advocate for ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of drug use, acting as a key resource for drug information for physicians, nurses, and patients. This part-time position requires a licensed Registered Pharmacist in Illinois and involves supervising technicians, performing clinical interventions, and maintaining pharmacy operations.
