The position involves counseling patients and healthcare providers on medication usage, supervising pharmacy technicians, and preparing sterile admixtures and hazardous chemotherapy drugs. The pharmacist is responsible for reviewing medication orders, resolving clinical concerns, and maintaining compliance with government regulations and hospital policies.
