Pharmacist

This role involves reviewing and dispensing medications, compounding sterile and non-sterile drugs, and counseling nursing facility staff on medication therapy and general health topics. The position requires ensuring prescription accuracy, maintaining storage and record systems, and supporting pharmacy production goals through effective communication and leadership. The pharmacist is also responsible for on-call support and assisting in staff education and quality improvement initiatives.
