Pharmacist

This position is responsible for enhancing patient drug therapy outcomes through direct patient care, education, and pharmacotherapy-related research. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess medication appropriateness, safety, and efficacy while managing formulary processes. The pharmacist also provides clinical support, precepts pharmacy students and residents, and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
