Pharmacist

This role involves reviewing and assessing medication orders to prevent and resolve drug-related problems while recommending formulary alternatives. The pharmacist is responsible for compounding and dispensing medications accurately, providing drug information and education to medical staff and patients, and communicating with physicians to facilitate care. Patient counseling is also provided efficiently and effectively when required.
