Pharmacist

This role ensures the appropriate selection, dosing, administering, and dispensing of medication orders while reviewing and resolving potential drug-related problems. The pharmacist provides drug information and education to medical staff and patients, communicates with physicians to facilitate care, and performs final checks on all medications including sterile products and controlled substances. Additionally, the position involves supervising pharmacy support personnel, responding to emergent situations, and acting as an agent for the facility medical director when necessary.
