Pharmacovigilance Scientist

As a Pharmacovigilance Scientist at Sanofi, you will act as a safety expert supporting an international team in monitoring safety surveillance throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves performing core pharmacovigilance activities to identify safety signals, evaluate and analyze data for both marketed and clinical development products, and collaborate with the Global Safety Officer. You will also manage proactive signal detection activities and coordinate safety responses to inquiries from health authorities.
