Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Licensed Pharmacist (State of Texas)
- Completion of a Pharmacy Residency or Commensurate Experience (preferred)
- Masters (MS/MHA/MBA) or Commensurate Experience (desirable)
- Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Other Specialty (preferred)
- Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certification (plus)
