About this role
The Pharmacy Operations Coordinator provides integrated, hands-on support to pharmacy staff and Shields Health Solutions Liaisons to ensure accurate and timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. The role partners closely with hospital pharmacy staff and clinic-based liaisons to optimize workflows, leverage technology, and support efficient specialty pharmacy operations. The coordinator also helps educate staff on the specialty pharmacy model and maintains confidentiality while participating in process improvement and operational initiatives.
