Pharmacy - ICU/ED

This role coordinates pharmacy department activities to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and ensure patient safety within the ICU and ED settings. The pharmacist spends over half of their professional time on direct patient care, including interdisciplinary rounding, counseling, and pharmacotherapeutic monitoring. The position requires collaboration with other health professionals to initiate, modify, or discontinue patient-specific pharmacotherapy across various medical services.
