The Pharmacy Innovation Project Manager (Specialty Pharmacy) delivers multiple concurrent pharmacy innovation projects and programs, ensuring quality, adherence to plans and budgets, and alignment with department strategy. The role involves conducting operational process analysis, driving process improvements, and managing projects from initiation through post-implementation monitoring.
