Pharmacy Liaison

This role serves as a liaison between the specialty/retail pharmacy and prescribers to manage prior authorizations, document outcomes, and secure patient access to prescribed medications. The position involves resolving insurance-related issues, assisting patients with financial assistance programs, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. It requires strong communication skills to clarify prescription orders and maintain frequent contact with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff.
