Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacy Manager provides formal people leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for the pharmacy’s Operations Team, including pharmacy technicians and operations pharmacists. This role is responsible for pharmacy operations across the department, including oversight of the clean room at a psychiatric facility. The position directs daily operations, supports pharmacy staff, and participates in determining the department's short- and long-term goals and related policies and procedures.
