Pharmacy Residency Program Director

This role involves the implementation and coordination of the pharmacy residency program, ensuring continuous improvement in collaboration with the residency advisory committee and pharmacy administration. The position requires providing hands-on support in a fast-paced clinical environment while overseeing resident progression, preceptor development, and program compliance. The ideal candidate will lead the residency advisory committee and assume the role of the ASHP-defined Residency Program Director or Coordinator.
