About this role
The Pharmacy Resident PGY-2 participates in a 12-month accredited residency that builds on Pharm.D. education and PGY-1 training to develop clinical pharmacists in specialized practice areas. The program prepares residents to function independently, integrate accumulated experience into patient care, and pursue advanced patient care, academic, or specialized positions and board certification.
