Pharmacy Tech - Specialty Pharmacy

Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the Clinical Pharmacy Technician provides advanced clinical and operational support for Specialty Care Pharmacy patients receiving high-cost, high-risk medications for complex and chronic disease states. The role serves as a specialty pharmacy subject matter expert responsible for coordinating medication access, financial assistance, payer navigation, and care continuity for patients receiving specialty therapies. This position performs specialized medication access requests, insurance resolutions, and patient care coordination while collaborating with pharmacists, providers, payers, and care teams to optimize and ensure continuity of care.
