- Pharmacy Technician, Registered - Missouri Division of Professional Registration (within 6 months)
- Pharmacy Technician - Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy (within 3 months)
- Missouri Registration Application and Fingerprint Complete at Time of Hire
- Pharmacy Technician - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
