Pharmacy Technician

This role assists internal staff, contracted physicians, and pharmacists in resolving issues related to pharmacy services and processing prior authorization requests for plan members. The position involves interfacing with internal and external customers, as well as the pharmacy benefits manager, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of pharmacy services in compliance with regulations. The role also includes monitoring core department activities and participating in HEDIS-related initiatives and disease management studies.
