About this role

Presbyterian is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join the team, responsible for filling medication orders, pre-packaging, compounding pharmaceuticals, and performing various clerical duties under the supervision of a pharmacist. The role requires training in sterile product compounding for non-hazardous and hazardous compounding in outpatient oncology pharmacies. The selected candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday day shifts and a minimum of 2-4 shifts per month.

Responsibilities

Fill medication orders for inpatient and outpatient areas
Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding activities
Maintain record-keeping for controlled and non-controlled substances
