Pharmacy Technician

This role involves performing benefit investigation tasks, submitting prior authorizations, and conducting patient outreach and follow-up calls under the supervision of an operations manager. The position requires maintaining medication inventory, coordinating prescription deliveries, and assisting with dispensing processes as needed.
