PhD Candidate

The PhD project focuses on developing experimental and optical measurement methods to study deformation and damage of aerospace materials at cryogenic temperatures (around 20 K) and under dynamic loading. The research aims to identify reliable full‑field optical techniques for these conditions, generate data for numerical model validation, and support the certification of future composite structures for hydrogen‑powered aircraft.
