PhD Position Textile-Form Weaving Design Methods for Digital Design-Fabrication Workflows

A PhD researcher will investigate design methods and digital workflows connecting 2D–3D garment design with Textile-Form Weaving fabrication within the Horizon Europe INTERWeuVEN project. The role focuses on developing design methodologies, creating a digital library of garment archetypes, and contributing process knowledge to computational and robotic fabrication modules. Candidates will collaborate across an international consortium of academic and industry partners to improve the usability of zero-waste garment manufacturing systems.
