The Center for Polariton-driven Light-Matter Interactions (POLIMA) at the University of Southern Denmark is seeking a PhD student to develop new theoretical frameworks and computational methods for describing light-matter interactions in advanced van der Waals heterostructures. The position involves investigating polariton-mediated inelastic electron tunneling and exploring electrically driven polaritonic phenomena to probe and manipulate nanoscale interactions. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, international research environment under the supervision of Assistant Professor P. André D. Gonçalves.
