Philanthropy Associate II

The Philanthropy Associate II plays a key role in advancing board engagement and fundraising effectiveness across the University of Maryland School of Medicine and University of Maryland Medical Center. Reporting to the Director of Board Relations, this position works at the intersection of Board Relations and frontline fundraising to translate engagement and fundraising strategies into coordinated, well-executed action. The role involves strengthening board member engagement, supporting relationship and fundraising strategies, and ensuring timely follow-through on key activities.
