The role involves developing compelling funding proposals, building long-term relationships through cultivation and stewardship, and overseeing complex partnerships to ensure an outstanding donor experience. Success is measured by achieving fundraising targets, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, and fostering new strategic relationships.
