About this role
Performs phlebotomy and specimen collection under the supervision of the Manager Laboratory Outreach Services or Lead Phlebotomist, obtaining blood and other patient specimens for routine and specialized tests. Works as a mobile (float) phlebotomist across multiple locations, registers patients, documents collections in the computer system, and transports and processes specimens according to hospital procedures. Contributes to patient- and family-centered care across the lifespan while following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy Certificate (NAACLS or equivalent)
- 100 Venipunctures Internship or 6 Months Phlebotomy Experience
- 5+ Years Phlebotomy Experience (in lieu of certification)
