About this role
Performs venipuncture and capillary blood collection for pediatric and adult outpatients under the supervision of the Laboratory Outreach Services Manager or Lead Phlebotomist. Responsible for proper labeling, transporting, and documentation of specimens while supporting patient- and family-centered care within the hospital setting. Works within established policies and infection-control procedures and may perform basic coagulation tests and computerized laboratory record functions.
