As a Phlebotomist at Grifols, you will operate automated plasmapheresis machines to collect plasma and assess donor suitability in a healthcare setting. The role requires establishing rapport with donors, handling reactions, and maintaining strict equipment and safety standards while monitoring product quality. You will work a flexible schedule involving standing for extended periods and handling potential exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold.
