Phlebotomist

The Phlebotomist works under the supervision of the Laboratory Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Phlebotomy Coordinator to collect blood specimens from patients of all ages in various care settings. The role involves verifying patient identity, labeling and delivering specimens, documenting collection data in the EMR, and maintaining a safe, patient‑focused environment while adhering to infection control and regulatory policies.
