Phlebotomist

This role independently performs phlebotomy procedures and processes specimens, including waived testing, as directed by physicians. The position also involves conducting clerical and record-keeping activities for the Laboratory Department while maintaining frequent contact with physicians, nurses, patients, and other hospital personnel. The incumbent ensures accurate specimen collection, processing, and documentation to support quality patient care.
