Phlebotomist

This role involves collecting blood specimens from patients of all age groups using proper venipuncture and capillary collection techniques. The position requires processing specimens, performing waived testing, and maintaining compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines. The incumbent will also handle departmental clerical duties, answer phones, and assist in training new employees.
