As a ProMedica Phlebotomist, you will collect products and/or specimens for procedures and perform testing while caring for the patient before, during and after collection. The role involves performing pre-analytic tasks for sample preparation, using quality assurance data to enhance services, and following strict principles of asepsis and antisepsis. You will also be required to be familiar with test names and abbreviations and use leadership skills to help train new associates or students.
