Phlebotomy Apprentice

The Phlebotomy Apprentice is an entry-level, work-and-learn role combining didactic instruction with supervised clinical training, primarily focused on phlebotomy and specimen collection. This learning position prepares individuals to perform clinical functions under supervision while building confidence and refining technique for independent practice. The program aims to prepare apprentices to sit for a nationally recognized phlebotomy board examination upon completion.
