Phlebotomy Supervisor

This role oversees the daily operations of an ambulatory laboratory draw site, managing inventory, training new personnel, and performing front desk and phlebotomy duties. The position requires managing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and specimen collection while ensuring compliance with CAP and UMPA guidelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive phlebotomy and medical office experience along with a strong understanding of revenue cycle management.
