Phlebotomy Supervisor

The Phlebotomy Supervisor oversees phlebotomy staff to ensure compliance with Core Laboratory and Dameron Hospital Association policies, procedures, and standards. This role involves administering basic supervisory functions, managing departmental budgets, and supporting the Core Laboratory in achieving patient care goals. The position requires maintaining a productive team, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing training and competency assessments. The supervisor also acts as a liaison between the core laboratory, nursing units, and medical staff to foster cooperation.
