Phlebotomy Technician

This role involves collecting and preparing specimens for the laboratory while maintaining accurate medical records across multiple draw sites. The position requires performing venipuncture and capillary techniques to obtain blood specimens, as well as cheek swabs, and ensuring proper labeling and delivery of samples. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining test records, entering computer data, and potentially performing special tests such as clotting and glucose tolerance tests.
