Phoenix Start‑Up Service Leader

The Phoenix Start‑Up Service Leader supports ASU City Year Student Success Coaches as a role model and mentor while coaching elementary and high school students to achieve academic success, improve attendance, and develop positive behaviors. The role also assists with start‑up site priorities such as training, partnership coordination, recruitment, and fundraising during the FY27 launch year.
