Photography Sales Manager

The Photography Sales Manager leads a team of up to 20 photographers across multiple hospital locations, driving sales performance, developing future leaders, and strengthening hospital partnerships. This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight to help families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography. The ideal candidate is a people leader who enjoys developing others, building relationships, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.
